Goals and Objectives

 

The Livingston County SWCD has addressed the county’s identified problems and needs by defining goals and strategies that will guide our efforts for the next five to 10 years.

 

This Strategic Plan will provide an overview and will be reviewed and revised annually, as necessary through the district’s Annual Plan of Action.  Information gathered to develop the district’s priorities is a combination of public meetings, local surveys, and polls collected over a two-year period.  Both rural and city residents, organizations, and agencies participated in a public process to develop the district’s priorities.
